COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION
Bomull baby is a family business, run by one person and mother of one
Lara (me!) and founded in 2019, with the purpose to make available on one website organic, natural, ethical and sustainable essentials for babies and children with sensitive skin just like my daughter Mia who suffers from eczema since she was 5 weeks old. Bomull Baby is operating as normal and I am working very hard alongside the couriers to deliver your parcels on time, whilst adhering to strict safety guidelines. The majority of orders are arriving on time; however, some orders could take 1-2 days longer to arrive. As always, I am here to help, so please send me an email at email@example.com if you have a query. I have introduced extra cleaning protocols in line with government recommendations, Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). The Couriers that I use also have new protocols in place to allow drop off at a safe place if you are self-isolating. Remember I am always on hand to help you with any queries you may have. The safety of my customers is paramount and I am here to support you in any way I can during this difficult time.

All orders will include real-time parcel tracking as standard. This means that you can keep an eye on your shipment at all times.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
- The item you have chosen is in stock
- The delivery address has been verified.
- The payment has been approved.
I will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order and then a further email confirming the dispatch of your order along with your order reference number. Orders can be delivered to either a business or residential address. Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are able to receive their delivery. The couriers I use provide up to date email and text messages of expected delivery times and also provide an easy service where you will be able to rearrange delivery if you are unavailable to accept your parcel. I will not be held responsible for missed deliveries. The couriers hold the authority to leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour as part of their service if no one is at the delivery address. Any items stolen are the customers responsibility under Consumer Right unless you have specifically stated in your order notes that you are not happy with this arrangement. I will not be held responsible for any lost parcels.
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, I cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact me in writing at email@example.com
Please note there is a 14-day cooling down period (from date of postage) before I will take action on the lost or missing parcel.
